Client Success Specialist

As a Client Success Specialist you're the reason shops fall in love with Wrapstart. You'll guide new customers through onboarding, train their teams, and stay close throughout their journey so they get the absolute most out of the platform — turning new signups into long-term advocates.

From time to time you'll also represent Wrapstart in person at major industry events — including SEMA 2026, WTFC 2026, and Mobile Tech Rx 2027 — helping customers get the most out of the product face to face.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new shops and get them fully set up and confident on Wrapstart
  • Run training sessions and build resources that drive adoption
  • Provide hands-on, responsive support across chat, email, and calls
  • Monitor account health and proactively reach out to shops that need a nudge
  • Channel customer feedback back into the product team

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years in customer success, support, or onboarding for a SaaS product
  • A patient, clear communicator who loves teaching and helping people
  • Highly organized — you keep dozens of accounts moving forward
  • Bonus: experience with the wrap, PPF, tint, or detailing industry
  • Open to occasional travel for industry events
