Wrapstart AI

How AI Credits work

Every Wrapstart plan includes AI. AI Credits are simply how that usage is measured — so you can see what you have, what it buys you, and add more if your shop runs hot. Here is the whole system, in plain English.

The short version

  • AI comes with your subscription — it isn't a separate product you buy.
  • Accelerator includes 1,500 AI Credits a month. Dominator includes 3,000. Enterprise allowances are scoped to how much AI you run.
  • Your included credits refresh at the start of every billing cycle.
  • Need more? Credit packs start at $10 for 500 credits, and purchased credits never expire.

What AI Credits power

Credits are used whenever Wrapstart does AI work on your behalf. Today that includes:

  • The AI agents — lead, upsell, review, scheduling, transcription, win-back, payments, reminders and outreach
  • AI conversations with your customers, using their history and the context of the thread
  • Answers pulled from your knowledge base, services and pricing
  • Reading an inquiry to work out what the customer actually wants, and qualifying it
  • Creating leads, drafting quotes and proposals, and booking appointments
  • AI-written messages and replies in the Message Centre
  • Call and conversation summaries
  • Pulling structured details out of forms and documents

As we add new AI capabilities, they run on the same credits — which is why we don't publish a fixed price per action.

What never uses credits

The rest of the platform doesn't touch them. Your CRM, quoting and invoicing, scheduling and calendar, jobs and workflows, inventory, messaging, the client and staff portals, reporting and any automation that doesn't call AI all run exactly the same whether you have credits left or not.

Where the credits actually go

The Lead Agent is by far the biggest consumer, because it does the most work. A full conversation — reading the inquiry, answering questions off your services and knowledge base, holding the context of the back-and-forth, and working toward a booking — typically costs about 50–100 credits, or $1–2 for that lead.

Everything else is small change next to that: an AI-written reply, a call summary, extracting details from a form.

Worth comparing

Think about what that lead already cost you — ads, agency fees, referral programs, your own time — and what the job is worth if it books. One to two dollars of AI to work it properly is usually the cheapest line in the whole chain.

In practice, Accelerator's 1,500 credits cover roughly 15–30 leads worked end to end in a month, and Dominator's 3,000 roughly 30–60 — alongside all the smaller AI actions across the app.

Refresh, rollover and running out

Do my included credits reset?

Yes. The credits that come with your plan refresh at the start of every billing cycle. They don't stack up month to month.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Credits you buy on top of your plan stay on your account until you use them, so nothing you paid for disappears at the end of the month.

What happens if I run out?

AI features pause until your cycle resets or you add credits. A pack lands on your account right away and your agents pick straight back up. Nothing else in Wrapstart is affected either way.

Does every AI action cost the same?

No. What an action costs depends on the feature, how much work it involves and how long the interaction runs — a two-line reply is nothing like a twenty-message conversation that ends in a quote. That's why we publish a monthly allowance rather than a price per action.

Credit packs

  • 500 credits — $10
  • 1,000 credits — $20
  • 2,500 credits — $50
  • 5,000 credits — $100
  • 10,000 credits — $200

Same price per credit at every size — buying a bigger pack is a convenience, not a discount game. Packs are one-time purchases and don't change your plan.

Voice is metered separately

AI voice minutes aren't credits. Dominator includes 200 minutes a month, and more are available as an add-on — see pricing.
