Build with AI lays out a proposal or template for you. It starts from one of your templates when one fits, or builds new options like the proposals your customers approved. It's on the Dominator plan.
Build a proposal
- On Proposals, click New Proposal, then Build with AI. From a lead, a customer or the Message Centre, use Draft proposal with AI or AI draft.
- Optionally pick a Customer or lead so it prices for their vehicle and reads their messages, calls and notes.
- Under What should it offer?, describe it, for example 3 ceramic tint tiers, windshield strip as an add-on. With a customer or lead picked, you can leave it empty to build from their conversation.
- Click Build with AI.
Check the draft
The review shows where it started from, each group and option, and where every price came from, such as Price from Vehicle Prices or Price from your template. If a price depends on the vehicle size, pick the Vehicle size and the lines reprice. Read Check before sending for anything it wants you to look at.
Click Save draft & edit. The proposal is saved as a Draft and opens in the builder. Nothing is sent.
Build a template
On the Templates tab, choose New Template, then Build with AI, and describe what it should offer. Click Save template & edit when it looks right.
The AI never sets a price. Every line is priced from your own pricing in this order: your proposals, then Vehicle Prices, then your service list.
