Fill in and mark up
- Fill in the PDF's own form fields by clicking them. With Lock answers when saving on, they can't be changed afterwards.
- Add Text, a Date, a Check or a Cross anywhere.
- Sign and Initials add your signature. Tick "Remember my signature on this device" to reuse it.
- Whiteout covers something up. Pen, Highlight, Box, Circle, Line and Arrow draw on the page.
- Picture adds an image from your computer or from the customer's files and jobs.
Click something you added to change its size, colour or line weight, or to Delete it.
Rearrange pages
Open the Pages tab. Drag pages to reorder them, rotate them left or right, or delete them. Click a page to choose where new pages go, then use Add pages from PDF to combine files or Blank page.
Save
- Save as copy saves a new file in the same folder, named "Name (edited).pdf". The original is untouched.
- Replace original saves over the file everywhere it's used. It isn't offered for a PDF with signature fields or one sent for signature; those always save as a copy.
Use Undo and Redo (or Ctrl/Cmd+Z and Ctrl/Cmd+Y) to step back and forward. Closing the editor with unsaved changes asks you to confirm first.
