- Rules you gave the agent. A standing rule about pricing always wins.
- Proposals. First an open proposal for this customer, then a proposal template for this vehicle, then a template that isn't tied to a vehicle. The options and vehicle size must match.
- Price Book. The price you set for this vehicle in the Price Book, when no options are picked and the service isn't priced per unit or per square foot.
- Service prices. The price on the service itself under Resources > Services.
When it can't tell
- If two of your templates give different prices, it doesn't pick one. It tells the customer it's confirming the price and asks you.
- If two of this customer's own proposals differ, the newest one wins.
- If nothing covers the price, it asks you instead of guessing.
Proposals
The Lead Agent reads a customer's proposals in full: the options, the lines, which option they chose and your notes. When it sends one of your templates, it fits it to the customer's vehicle size and options first. The approval card says what it changed.
On a call, the AI Receptionist doesn't read out a price that comes from a proposal. It offers to send the proposal instead.
