From OrbisX
- In OrbisX, open Leads and export the list. You get a .xlsx or .csv with one row per lead, including a Lead ID and Source column. Do not edit the file.
- In Wrapstart, go to Settings > Data Import > OrbisX and switch the toggle at the top to Leads.
- Drop the file in. The preview marks each row Ready, Returning customer (the person is already a customer, so the lead becomes a card linked to them), Duplicate (already a lead) or Error (no name, or no email and no phone).
- Click Import N leads. Each lead lands in the first column of your pipeline as New, with its contact details, vehicle, source, notes and the date it was created in OrbisX, so the board shows how old it really is.
From GoHighLevel
- In GoHighLevel, open Opportunities, switch to the list view, select the opportunities and export them. The CSV, .xlsx or .xls file works. Do not edit it.
- In Wrapstart, go to Settings > Data Import > GoHighLevel and drop the file in.
- Under Stages, pick which of your pipeline columns each GoHighLevel stage goes to. A stage with the same name as one of your columns is matched for you; any other starts in your first open column, or you can pick New column: (stage name) to add one. Won deals go to your won column, and lost and abandoned deals to your lost column. If you use lead boards, pick a board for each GoHighLevel pipeline under Boards (or Follow my board rules), and if you have a team, choose under Assigned to who gets each GoHighLevel user's leads (or Nobody). A GoHighLevel row with no phone or email still imports, with a note.
- Click Import N leads. Each opportunity becomes a lead with its contact details, value, source, tags, address, notes and the date it was created in GoHighLevel. Custom fields (window sizes, vehicle details and so on), followers and the GoHighLevel stage are kept in the lead's notes. Uploading the same file again skips the opportunities already imported.
From any other system or spreadsheet
- Go to Settings > Data Import > Leads Spreadsheet and click Download template. It is a CSV with every column Wrapstart reads and an example row.
- Fill it in, or upload another system's export as it is. Column names are matched flexibly: Name (or First Name and Last Name), Email, Phone, Company, Source, Services, Vehicle (or Year, Make, Model), Estimated Value, Date Added, Notes and address fields are all recognised under their common names. A name and an email or phone are the only columns required.
- Check the preview and click Import N leads.
What comes across
- Source: kept as written, so Reports > Leads > By Source shows where your imported leads came from.
- Services: a Services column (for example "Full Wrap; Ceramic Coating") is matched to your own services by name, so Service Interest in the Leads report counts them.
- Vehicle: becomes the lead's vehicle; a single "2021 RAM 1500" cell is split into year, make and model.
- Date Added: becomes the lead's creation date. Without one, the import date is used.
Good to know
Leads from OrbisX and spreadsheets start as New in the first pipeline column; their statuses and stages are not imported, so move cards on the board afterwards if you need to. GoHighLevel imports keep their stages through the column choices above.
