Create your first board
- On Leads, click New board in the pill row.
- Under Name for the board your current leads are on, keep Main or type a better name. This board also catches every new lead that doesn't match another board.
- Type a New board name, for example Flat glass, and click Create boards.
A row of tabs now sits above your leads: All plus one tab per board, each with its lead count. Your last tab is remembered.
Choose which new leads land on a board
- Click Manage boards at the end of the tab row.
- Click a board to open it.
- Set any of its rules: From these forms, Interested in these services, Source contains or Tagged.
A new lead goes to the board linked to its form first. Otherwise it goes to the first board, from the top, whose rule matches. Anything else lands on the default board. Use the arrows to change the order. A lead you add while a board's tab is open goes on that board.
Move leads between boards
- From a lead's menu, choose Move to Board.
- On a lead's page, click the board pill next to the name.
- For many leads, tick them and choose Move to board from the bar. Their stage, status and automations stay as they are.
Add, rename or delete boards
In Manage boards, type a New board name and click Add board. Open a board to rename it or pick its colour. Delete board sends its leads back to the default board. No leads are deleted.
Automations can use boards too. The Lead Moved to Board trigger runs when one lead is moved, and the Move Lead to Board action moves a lead for you. Moving many leads at once doesn't run the trigger.
Rules only decide where new leads land. Changing a rule doesn't move leads you already have.
