Create the form
- On Leads, click the Lead Forms icon in the toolbar. This opens Lead Capture.
- Click Website, then Create a Wrapstart-hosted form. Once you have forms, you can also click Create Form above Your Lead Forms.
- Pick a starting point: Quick quote, Full quote request, Contact us or Standard form.
The builder has three steps along the top: 1. Build, 2. Style and 3. Share. A live preview sits beside the settings. Click Save whenever you like.
1. Build
- Give the form a name. The name shows as the source on every lead it sends, so make it clear, for example Website quote form.
- Add, remove and drag fields: contact details, vehicle, a services picker that uses your own services, your own questions, and text message, email and AI call consent.
- Set the button text and what happens after someone submits: a thank-you message, and optionally a thank-you page on your site.
2. Style
Pick a Look preset, then set your colours, font, corners and spacing. Choose Card, or Seamless to blend the form into your page. Show your logo and business name if you like.
3. Share
- Share the link: copy a link to a hosted page for texts, emails, social bios and your Google Business Profile. Download QR gives a code for flyers or the counter.
- Put it on your website: choose In the page or Floating button, pick your website builder, and click Copy code.
- Test it: click Send a test and check the lead arrives on Leads.
If the form is off, click Turn on so visitors can send it. Changes you save later show on your site straight away, so you only paste the code once.
Manage your forms
In Lead Capture, the menu beside each form has Rename, Edit Form, Preview Form, View Submissions, Share & Embed, Activate or Deactivate, and Delete Form.
Include a phone field and the text message opt-in. Your text follow-up and the Lead Agent need both to reach the lead.
If someone sends the form with the same email or phone as a lead you already have open, Wrapstart adds the new details to that lead instead of making a second one.
