Your notifications list
Go to More, then Notifications, or tap the bell on the Calendar screen.
- Needs attention: AI drafts to approve, follow-ups due, new leads nobody has followed up, overdue invoices and quotes about to expire.
- Recent: everything else. Tap Mark all read to clear the dots.
Turn them on or off for this phone
Open your notifications, tap the gear at the top right and switch This device on or off. This only changes the phone in your hand.
To choose which events notify you, use the web app: Settings, then Notifications.
What you'll see
- Texts from the same customer are grouped into one notification. Opening the conversation clears it.
- Payments and deposits arrive with a cash-register sound.
- AI approvals have Approve & send and Reject buttons right on the notification.
- Tapping a notification opens the conversation, invoice, quote, booking or chat it's about.
New texts and payments go to the account owner. Team members are told about leads and jobs assigned to them and about team chats.
Common questions
#### I'm not getting notifications.
Check that This device is on (More, then Notifications, then the gear), and that notifications for Wrapstart are allowed in your phone's settings.
#### My phone doesn't ring for calls.
Go to More, then Calling, and make sure Ring this phone is on. If your calls are forwarded to one number in the web settings, the app won't ring.
#### Can I use the app for more than one shop?
The Wrapstart app shows one shop per login. To switch, sign out and log in with the other account. In the Staff app, you pick your shop when you sign in.
#### Can my crew use the main Wrapstart app?
Crew without a full login use Wrapstart Staff. Team members with a login use the main app and see what their role allows. See Team members and staff: what's the difference.
#### Is there an Android app?
The apps are made for iPhone. Android versions are still in testing. On any phone, you can also use app.wrapstart.com in the browser.
