Change your password and turn on two-factor login

Two-factor login (2FA) means a stolen password alone can't get into your account. Everything here is in Settings, then Account, under Security, on the web. Each person on your team sets up their own.

Change your password

Under Change Password, enter your Current Password, then the New Password twice, and click Update Password. It needs at least 8 characters, with a number, a capital letter and a small letter.

Use an authenticator app

  1. Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Enable 2FA.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy. If you can't scan it, type the Manual Entry Key instead.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click Verify & Enable.

Or use text-message codes

  1. Under SMS Verification, click Enable SMS Verification.
  2. Enter your Phone Number and click Send Code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code you get (it lasts 5 minutes) and click Verify & Enable.

From then on, signing in on the web asks for a code after your password. If you turn on both, it asks for the authenticator code.

Important

There are no backup codes. If you lose the phone with your authenticator app, contact Wrapstart support to get back in.

To turn either off, click Disable 2FA or Disable SMS Verification and confirm. In the Wrapstart app, protect your login with Face ID instead; see Logging in to the mobile app with Face ID or Touch ID.
