Services
Open Reports and go to the Services tab. It uses invoices dated in the range (not drafts or cancelled ones), so it shows what you billed, not what has been paid.
- The tiles at the top: Total Service Revenue, Estimated Service Cost and Estimated Profit.
- Service Performance: your top 8 services by revenue. Hover a bar for how many were sold, the average price and the estimated profit. Only invoice lines picked from your services list count, so lines typed in by hand don't show here.
- Top Customers by Service Revenue: your top 10 customers by invoiced amount.
The Revenue by Category chart on the Overview and Revenue tabs groups the same money by category, like PPF, wrap, tint or coating. To see which services leads ask about before they buy, look at Service Interest on the Leads tab.
Materials
The Materials tab shows the stock your jobs used, from your Inventory. Stock is taken off when a job with tracked materials is completed.
- Material Cost, Materials Used (and across how many jobs) and Net vs Estimate: how far actual use was over or under what you priced in.
- Consumption by Material: each item with how much was used, on how many jobs, its cost and its share of your spend.
- Jobs vs Material Estimate: each job's estimated material cost against what it actually used, biggest gaps first. A job shows here once it has both a material estimate in its pricing and tracked use.
Each table has its own Export button.
If a service keeps going over its material estimate, update its material cost in Services so your quotes cover it.
