Turn it on
- Go to Wrapstart AI and open Upsell Agent.
- Click the gear to open Upsell Agent Settings.
- Turn on Enable AI Revenue Engine and click Save Settings.
In the same settings you can set the Minimum Confidence Threshold, the Max Upsells Per Quote, a spend level above which it doesn't upsell, Excluded Services and Bundle Presets. Seasonal Promotions boosts seasonal services. Auto-send Upsell Messages lets follow-ups go out without your approval; it's off unless you turn it on.
Choose what pairs together
- Open the Service Map tab and pick a service.
- Click Add Upsell and choose a service that goes with it. Add a reason so the agent can explain why.
Pairings the agent found itself are marked AI Learned or From Quotes. Click Promote to permanent mapping to keep one.
On your quotes
- Pick the customer or lead on the quote.
- In the Add-ons section, click Suggest.
- Each suggestion is marked Top pick, Recommended or Worth a mention. Click Add to quote to add it as a line, or Offer as option to let the customer choose. Offer bundle offers a set.
Offered add-ons show on the customer's quote as Recommended Add-ons (optional), and they can add them when they view it.
Follow-ups
The Campaigns tab lists its follow-ups. Click Preview message to read one, Approve to send a pending one, or Cancel. Click Mark Converted when the customer buys.
