- Tap the sparkles at the top right of any screen. The first time, allow the microphone.
- Say what you need, for example "New lead for John Smith, 403-555-1234, 2024 Tesla Model Y". It shows Listening…, then Working…, then Speaking.
- Before it sends, creates or books anything, it shows a card. Tap Send, Create lead, Book or Confirm to go ahead, Edit to change it, or Not now.
- When it's done, tap Open to see the result.
Open it from a lead, customer or booking and it already knows who you mean: the button says Ask Wrapstart AI about them.
Good to know
It never sends anything without that card. Anything you didn't decide on waits in AI approvals.
Tip
Tap the orb while it's talking to interrupt it. Nothing has been sent at that point.
