Open Wrapstart AI from the sidebar (or More > AI & Insights). The page shows how many agents are available and a card for each one.
The agents
- AI Receptionist: answers your business number when you can't, and can place calls from it. See Set up the AI Receptionist.
- Lead Agent: replies to leads, answers questions, sends quotes and proposals and books appointments. See Set up the Lead Agent.
- Upsell Agent: suggests add-on services on quotes. See Suggest add-ons with the Upsell Agent.
- Review Agent, Win-Back Agent, Payment Collection Agent, Booking Reminder Agent, Schedule Agent, Transcription Agent and Promise Agent. See The other agents.
Turn an agent on or off
- Click the agent's card to open its page.
- Use the switch next to Active / Inactive at the top.
A few agents work differently. The AI Receptionist is turned on in its setup and settings. The Upsell Agent runs while Enable AI Revenue Engine is on in its settings. The Transcription Agent works from Transcribe Calls in Settings > SMS / Voice Calls. If the AI Receptionist isn't on your plan, its card says Not on plan.
On each agent's page
- An orange number on a card means that agent has things waiting for you.
- Open How does ... work? at the top (for example How does Lead Agent work?) for a plain explanation.
- Settings open from the gear in the header, or the Settings button for the Lead Agent.
When your agents have used AI this month, the top of the page shows how much: tokens, AI requests and an estimated cost.
On your phone
In the Wrapstart app, open More > AI to see what your agents are doing. It has three tabs: Activity, Queue (drafts waiting for you) and Rules.
