Sign in
- Open the app and tap Log in. New to Wrapstart? Tap Create your shop instead to start a 14-day free trial.
- Use Continue with Google, Continue with Apple (on iPhone), or Continue with email and your password.
- After the first login, the app offers to save it for Face ID or Touch ID, so next time you tap Log in with Face ID.
Joining a shop as a team member? Open the invite link your manager sent first, then log in.
The bottom bar
The app opens on Calendar. The bar shows Calendar, Leads, Messages, Quotes and More. Calendar is always first and More always last.
- Go to More, then Bottom navigation.
- Tap Add a tab to pick from Jobs, Customers, Invoices, Proposals, Expenses, Cameras, Price Book, Email Campaigns, Reports, AI or Search. Use the arrows to reorder, or Remove from the bar.
- Keep one to three tabs in the middle. Reset to Leads, Messages, Quotes puts it back.
Your bar is saved on that phone only. Leads shows a badge for follow-ups that are due, and Messages for people waiting on a reply.
The + button
Tap + at the bottom right to add a Lead, Quick Book, Quote, Proposal, Customer, Invoice, Job or Expense. It hides on Messages and while you fill in a form.
The Calendar screen
- Switch between Agenda and Month.
- Tap + at the top to add a New booking.
- Tap the bell for your notifications.
- When accepted quotes still need a date, a quotes ready to schedule row appears. Tap it to book them.
More
- Workflows: every page that is not in your bottom bar, like Search, AI, Jobs, Customers, Invoices and Reports. Your plan and role decide which you see.
- Account: Plan, Profile, Notifications, Appearance (System, Light or Dark), Calling, Bottom navigation and Face ID & Touch ID (called Fingerprint on Android).
- About: the privacy policy, terms, and Delete account.
- Sign out is at the bottom.
New shops also see Set up with Wrapstart AI at the top of More. It walks the owner through setup and goes away once setup is done.

Things you still do on the web
- Choosing which events notify you (Settings, then Notifications).
- Setting up your phone number and texting (Settings, then SMS & Voice).
- Facebook and Instagram messages.
- Setting a lead's follow-up date.
- Most settings, reports and automations.
Log in at app.wrapstart.com on any computer. Everything you do in the app shows there straight away, and the other way round.
