Set it up first: turn on the Staff Portal and choose what your crew can see. See Set up the Staff Portal and Staff app for your crew.
Sign in
- Install Wrapstart Staff and open it.
- Enter the email or phone number on your staff record and tap Send code.
- Enter the code and tap Sign in.
- If you work for more than one shop, choose yours.
Your shop decides which tabs you see: Jobs, Time, Schedule, Messages, Stats, Training and Me.
Jobs
Jobs lists your jobs by day, including ones where you help. Tap a job to see:
- See work order: the work order your shop sent. Opening it lets your manager know you read it.
- Services, the Schedule (date, time, station and vehicle) and the job's Notes.
- Need to do: the checklist. Tap a task to tick it off.
- Inspections: drop-off, post-wash and completion, each with photos. Tap Mark complete when done.
- Attachments: tap Add photo to take or pick photos, add a note, and upload.
If your shop allows it, tap the job status to move it, for example to In Progress or Complete. Tap the chat icon at the top to talk about the job with your team.
Time
- Open Time and tap what you're doing, like General, Driving or Supplies.
- Tap another tile to switch. Tap Clock out when you're done.
- To time one job, open it and tap Start under Time on this job.
Time log shows the last two weeks and whether each entry is awaiting approval, approved, paid or sent back. Time counts toward pay once your manager approves it. To fix an entry, ask your manager.
Schedule, Messages and Training
- Schedule: your jobs in Upcoming, Week or Month. Tap a job to open it.
- Messages: chats with your team and the office. Tap the pencil to start one.
- Training: quizzes and materials your shop assigned. Tap a quiz, answer each question and tap Submit to see your score.
Stats and Me
Stats shows this month's jobs and your commission. In Me, tap Edit to update your name, email or phone, or set the days and hours you're available. Sign out is at the bottom; you'll need a new code to sign back in.
Notifications
The app tells your crew when they get a new job, when a job's schedule changes, when a work order or quiz arrives, and when a teammate messages them. Tapping it opens the right screen.
